Kaitlin Robb is a philanthropic strategist and nonprofit advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen fundraising, leadership, and organizational capacity. She has advised nonprofits nationwide, partnering with executives, boards, and community leaders to navigate growth and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans.
Kaitlin spent 13 years at one of the nation’s leading fundraising consulting firms, guiding organizations through capital and comprehensive campaigns, fundraising strategy, organizational assessments, and leadership development. Throughout her career, she has helped nonprofit clients raise more than $140 million across diverse sectors.
A skilled facilitator, Kaitlin has conducted hundreds of in-depth donor and stakeholder interviews, helping organizations uncover key themes, assess opportunities and challenges, and translate insights into clear priorities. Her work brings together philanthropic strategy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness to build the vision and capacity for long-term impact.
Kaitlin also helps nonprofits understand and responsibly adopt emerging technology. She has led AI integration and governance efforts, developing policies, training, and practical applications for nonprofit professionals. She also served as a member of the AI Coalition for Social Impact, contributing to broader conversations about responsible and effective AI use across the social sector.
Kaitlin is a frequent speaker and facilitator on philanthropy, nonprofit sustainability, leadership, AI, and emerging trends. She is a contributing author to Giving USA and has presented for the Virginia Fund Raising Institute, the Academy for Nonprofit Excellence, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and other nonprofit and philanthropic audiences. Kaitlin holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and is a former president and board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Hampton Roads Chapter.
